At Strivlo, every system is custom-built from the ground up, whether you're on Core, Build, or Execution+. These are not templates. Each deliverable is tailored to your business, your logic, and your goals. Because of the handcrafted nature of our execution work, our refund policy is intentionally strict, transparent, and structured to protect both our time and your expectations.

A 50% deposit is required to begin all projects. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. It secures your build slot, covers early-stage work like internal planning, discovery, system mapping, and initiates our execution pipeline. In many cases, core strategic work begins within hours of onboarding, including copywriting, technical prep, asset requests, and tool configuration.

Refunds are not available once any part of the build has started. This includes foundational tasks such as setting up automations, drafting prompts, building Framer sections, connecting APIs, or preparing CRM logic. If no work has started and cancellation is requested within 24 hours of payment, a refund may be possible, pending internal review.

If a client becomes unresponsive for 7 days or more without any prior notice, the project will be marked as dormant. In such cases, no refund will be granted. The client may resume within 14 days, but after 21 days of total inactivity, the project will be archived and may require a restart fee to continue.

Each tier includes one or more revision rounds, based on the scope. Revisions apply to existing features and layouts, not to entirely new feature requests. If dissatisfaction arises from out-of-scope changes, unclear expectations, or requests unrelated to the agreed deliverables, refunds will not be considered. Scope expansions can be addressed through add-on services or tier upgrades.

Refunds will not be approved under any of the following circumstances: changing your mind after payment, hiring a different provider during the build, misunderstanding what was included in your tier, failure to provide timely inputs or access, or requesting functionality beyond the original proposal. We encourage all clients to read the service scope, pricing terms, and delivery details carefully before confirming.

By choosing to work with Strivlo, you acknowledge that our time, team resources, and system infrastructure are allocated and committed immediately upon project acceptance. Our execution is not reversible, and all sales are final once work begins.
